Before sending money to a Mobile wallet of your friend or family, please make sure that they have a mobile wallet account. They can register for an account with the provider directly through Mobile Wallet operators directly in their country.

You can pay for your mobile wallet transfers using a debit card.

Depending on the amount you want to send, we may ask you to provide some documents to verify your identity. Below is a list of acceptable documents

  • Scan/copy of EU member state driving liscense

  • Scan/copy of EU member state ID card with photo

  • Landlord letter and rental statement
  • Employment letter
  • Credit card statement
  • NHS letter/GP card
  • Provisional driving liscense
  • Local council rent card
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Solicitor's letter confirming recent house purchase
  • Official letter from any UK Government body

You cannot cancel a payment as our system processes transactions as soon as the transaction is approved. It is up to you to provide a correct Mobile Number for wallet money transfer
